Good kit with good quality parts. Instructions were on the plastic bag, and it was an easy installation. As suggested, I used the handles of pliers to loosen/tighten the cartridge. I purchased because the plastic part just below the metal screw broke. I replaced the screen and other part as well, and I am glad the kit included them. (Posted on 9/7/2017)

Our flushmate toilet quit working. Luckily we had another bathroom, so it wasn't that big of a deal. I ordered the cartridge from www.flushmaterepairparts.com and it showed up a couple days later. My husband installed the new cartridge in about five minutes and now our toilet is back to new again. (Posted on 6/8/2017)
