Q: In the trouble shooting guide it states removing the A-164 flow guide to increase it from .5 to 1.0 gal flow. where is this part. thank you

A: Good Question. The A-164 Flow Guide is the thin black ring on the bottom stem of the Diaphragm drop-in kit. The Flow Ring can be cut off to increase the GPF (Gallon Per Flush). If you have any other questions our experts are here to help! Call or text 800-518-5388
