Q: Can you set the device for how many minutes you want between flushes or is there some other device for that. The inmates are flushing blankets down the toilets, trying to stop this from happening.

A: Yes, Sloan has a Power Water Technology (PWT) Flushometer that will only allow 3 flushes in an hour. If there are more than 3 attempts to Flush the Valve within the hour it will lock.
