Sloan Regal rebuild kit for 1.6 GPF Toilets.

This genuine Sloan parts kit is designed to service all Sloan diaphragm type flushomters.

The inside kit includes the relief valve, molded disc, diaphragm and guide assembly. Also included are the vacuum breaker kit, handle repair kit and stop tail o-ring. This kit will solve most flushometer operation problems.

Q: I have multiple regal flushometers W/ bed pan wash arms, and they all leak a small amount of water out of the holes at the vacuum break area. I have installed 1.6 gpf diaphrams, and new vacuum breaks, and hav adj. water to just enough to make unit flush, and I see NO obstructions down through the rest of the piping or into closet. what am I missing PLEASE help. These units are 2001, Have just started here, and would like to solve this problem, just not sure if I am ordering WRONG parts????

A: We understand this can be frustrating. I would suggest using a V-651-A High Back Pressure Vacuum Breaker Repair Kit (part # 101288). This vacuum breaker is designed for applications that may have more back pressure, like your bedpan washer does. Also, make sure that the inside of your vacuum breaker tube around the vent holes is clean and smooth. You can do this by cleaning it with a wire brush, sanding out the inside, or cleaning the tube with a CLR cleaner. If you have any other questions our experts are here to help!
